The DCS-BD free flow feeding packing machine is suitable to pack granular or mix of granular and powder materials, such as grains, legumes, seeds, salt, PVC resin etc. Making advantage of the properties of gravity and good flowability of the material, it is easy to accurately weight by feeding material through an arc gate in two stages. The average error is near to zero on the basis of 100 bags. Plastic bag, kraft paper of compound woven bag can be used as package.

Working principle:

Materials enter into buffer hopper through pneumatic butterfly valve, fed in big, middle, small speed by pneumatic arc door. Materials enter into weighing hopper, load cell sends out signal when reaching preset value, arc door closed, discharging valve opened, materials flow into bag for an instant, bag clamping device opens, bag is conveyed to sealing unit by belt conveyor. System returns to original position, filling materials again.
