The air forced packing machine is mainly designed for packing powder or mix of granular and powder materials with high bulk density. It is most applicable for hard granular materials. For example: Barite, Quartz sand, such kind of refractory materials and dry mortars products. It is applied widely in active carbon industry too

Working principle:
Use forced air blow to sweep materials to feed. Under the enclosed circumstance, the materials in boiling hopper are swept by the big air flow with low pressure outside of the hopper, and then they will be discharged from the outlet and enter into bags, then the mechanism and electric parts cooperate together to control the materials within the target range, finishing the packing and metering.
